DMA is organizing an interactive workshop on ‘Grooming leaders for Tomorrow’ on 16-17th March,2012, New Delhi.

The workshop is designed to provide each participant with a set of tools and methodologies which will gear them up to meet the challenges of the business environment.  Whether you are a follower who is just beginning to discover the impact of leadership or a natural leader who already has followers, there is always the scope to become a better leader.

In the workshop participant will learn about and analyze the different styles that leaders employ to deal with situations.  By the end of the workshop, participants will have stronger understanding of their individual leadership styles to help them relate to their teams in a more positive manner.  What roles does a leader play?  How does s/he motivate her/his team? How does the leader maintain control, yet give people the freedom and autonomy they need to be effective in their work? How do we internalize the principles of quality and continuous development at all levels and in all people when they are so cynical about the innumerable programmes that they have already attended?  These are some of the questions that participants will grapple with and find answers to during the workshop.
